Experience & Background

Iman Fardghassemi is an Analyst working at The Climate Board supporting with client relationships, research, and business development with a special focus on the real estate industry.

Prior to joining The Climate Board, Iman was the first hire in the corporate sustainability function at a growing property tech scale-up, Blueground. At Blueground he worked on ESG reports, emissions estimates, renewable energy partnerships, energy efficiency projects, and waste minimization efforts. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from NYU and has long been passionate about renewable energy and climate action. He is interested in supporting businesses in coming up with creative ways to take advantage of sustainability initiatives that improve overall business outcomes.
